HELP Vietnam Junior Camp

HELP Vietnam Junior Camp

HELP Institute will be welcoming the biggest number of Vietnamese Junior students for the next camp that is starting on May 29 until June 27 of this year and it’s going to be a fantastic experience for all our new learners as well as our staff! Our schools in Clark and LongLong can accommodate up to an estimate of 200 students and we currently have 163 students enrolled for the period of 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks.

In preparation to this, all our teachers have been carefully selected for the coming camp to ensure that caring and helpful service can be extended to all our young Vietnamese students. They all possess solid teaching skills will be on hand to guide our Junior campers through their studies.

The HELP Junior Camp program is for campers aged 8-17 years of age.  As a camper, students will live in the HELP dormitory. Each dormitory room has 1 counselor/prefect teacher and up to 4 campers. All bedrooms at HELP campuses have study tables and closets, bathrooms with hot water and showers, and a centralized air-conditioner. If students are coming with their family, it is not an issue for us to place them in the same room.

Our professional staff will provide quality instruction to all campers and ensure they will have fun while they learn.  In the morning before breakfast, Junior campers have to participate in the physical activity such as exercise or Zumba dance, and their individual classes start at 8AM. For each period (50-minute class), students will learn and gain in-depth knowledge of the 4 Macro Skills of English communication; reading, writing, speaking and listening. For example, for the first period class the student may have to study in English Speaking and pronunciation and Reading and comprehension for the second period class and so on. Mastering these skills will help a learner become more competent in speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and spelling. In addition, students also get a chance to collaborate and share personal opinions with other campers in group classes.

Aside from learning English, our Junior learners can experience fun and excitement every day through dynamic programming that ensures safe and age appropriate activities designed just for them! We provide our youngest campers a high level and supervision, to ensure that proper care, attention, and developmental support is given to all of our students.

In the afternoon, Juniors can use their free time to swim from 5 to 6PM before their special class. The free time to swim offers the chance to do some fun activities while “hanging out” with other kids at school!

Our Junior camp program balances new adventures and learning with lots of team-building, and care for individual needs. Many Junior campers feel ready to try physically challenging things like sports, while others still enjoy laid back indoor activities.  Our sensitive and caring Head Teachers work hard to ensure learners comfort and success in all activities.
