Concordia College of Benguet class of 2019 Graduation Ceremony

Last June 28th, 2019 Concordia College of Benguet held a graduation ceremony for the class of 2019 students. The commencement was delivered by Mr. Husky Ryu, honorary president of Concordia College of Benguet:

Dear Candidates of Concordia College of Benguet,

I commend you for the hard work and commitment you have given to get to this very important moment of your life.

I have no doubt in my mind that Concordia College of Benguet has given you quality education and has had a huge impact in your ability to live in the real world, a diverse world.

When we talk about quality education, two things come to mind: the students’ cognitive development, and values and attitudes of responsible, productive citizenship.

I am sure that you have learned a lot of things about your chosen career endeavors. But pay attention to what has surrounded you throughout your journey. In this college, everybody is exposed to a culturally diverse environment. You look around and see people of different color, race, nationality, and ethnic background. You may not have realized it yet, but that environment has prepared you to be productive members of a global society.

As you climb the corporate ladder or start businesses of your own, be confident in the fact that you are intellectually and emotionally ready to deal with all kinds of people with different traits and backgrounds.

And as you make and travel along your path to success, always remind yourselves that you are products of Concordia College of Benguet and you are ready to face the world and overcome the challenges global life will throw at you.

Congratulations on your graduation! I wish you all the best.

Best regards,

Husky Ryu
