Concordia APEC meeting with Daeun Company to discuss establishment
On September 16th, 2019, Concordia APEC conducted meeting with Daeun Company to discuss the establishment of Cruise Personnel Training Program in Malaysia for people from Thailand.
In the following meeting the Parties agreed to collaborate and work together to ensure a recruitment of candidates for the Cruise Personnel Training Program in Malaysia and employment opportunities for students accepted.
During the meeting was appointed the marketing agents Mr. Oh and Miss Natthaya Puangpun who will be responsible for recruiting candidates from Thailand.
The program will allow candidates to participate in a weekly certified Moses Academy Cruise Program and employment contract on American and European cruise ships. Trainings are held on cooperation with the MOSES Academy (Malaysia) and Daeun company (South Korea), which has been successfully engaged in cruise ship employment. The training program complies with the Worldwide standards for the training of specialists in the Cruise Industry, which ensures their continued successful employment.
The completion of this course provides each candidate with a successful interview in cruise company and as a result, a job on cruise ships. The employment includes compulsory training and materials for successful interviewing with HRs of leading cruise companies such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean and etc.
Since its foundation in the Korean market in 2018, Concordia APEC has settled down and enhanced their standard of program conveyance and execution. Experts were better prepared and now have general learning of concentrate abroad and stage training, and their comprehension of the top-up program has significantly improved
This year, APEC increased present expectations of the standard and directed a workshop and preparing long distance race including outlook preparing, demeanor preparing, administration preparing, and program preparing. On August 18, an intensive re-presentation of Concordia fundamental program, the top-up, was put on spotlight for the new workers.
